Few small comments:
1. Kiwis contain more vitamin C than grapefruits. Furthermore, Camu Camu (a superfood) contains more vitamin C than kiwis.
2. In order to avoid harmful hormones and antibiotics, chicken should be at least organic. Avoiding meat altogether is even better. The hormones contained in white meat promote weight gain.

Thanks Laurel! By the way thank you so much on the organic grapefruit tip, i tried it & it is so much sweeter! Oh btw between soymilk or skim milk what’s better? I’m thinking of drinking those Lean Shakes but I wasn’t sure what would be better to mix it with to substitute it with water?
@lynnetik No problem
Glad you like my Quickie Workouts too! Yes, edamame are baby soy beans, so they are definitely in the same category. Just try not to eat too many- a half a cup to a cup is plenty.
Awesome! Thanks so much for responding so quick! i love your videos especially the quickie workouts in bed! i like the cinnamon idea, i’ma try that tonight! I’ve bought everything on ur list except the Funky Monkey dried apple, im having trouble finding it….anways i know I said one more question but im sorry i have another one, when u mentioned “soybeans” edamame falls into that category right? and is too much edamame bad?
@lynnetik I LOVE grapefruit! I eat one a day. There are several different varieties, and I have found that organic grapefruit is MUCH sweeter than conventionally grown grapefruit. Sometimes I put greek or Light & Fit Vanilla non-fat yogurt on it, other times I will put a scoop of Low Fat Knudsen cottage cheese on it. ALmost always I also add a couple dashes of cinnamon- to boost it’s fat-burning potential
Awesome
this is a fucking waste of time i hate videos that just waste your fucking time like this one
