There is nothing like a good salad to munch on instead of a heavy dinner. I have found that eating salads for dinner really helps keep that belly fat off and keep it off. If you are having trouble losing weight and especially that stubborn belly fat try eating more raw foods. Eating salads is a great way to do this.
Here is a salad I just made for dinner. Something I came up with and is a big hit with the family.
Spinach Orange Ginger Salad
Ingredients: All Organic
Bundle Spinach
2 oranges (Try navel but any kind will do)
¼ cup chopped onions
1/3 cup crushed walnuts
½ teaspoon chopped ginger
Combine Ingredients in a large salad bowl
Honey Mustard Dressing
¼ cup mayo
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ honey
Mix together
Pour dressing over salad and mix
Enjoy!
